The process of making it ...

Here at Neatwebs we have a well experienced process of making a website which includes a few simple steps.

Step 1: Filling out the free quote form.

It is necessary for us to know more details about your requirements, thats why filling out the free quote form is a great way for begining the process. We need information about the perpose of the website, the targeted audience and the goals which it is supposed to achieve. Cosidering the clients budjet. Drawing out the guidelines.

Step 2: Making an estimate of costs based on a preliminary site outline.

Whitin 1 or 2 business days you receive a price quote, which is taken into consideration with your budjet, needs and requirements. If the client is satisfied with the price we proceed to the real process of building up a website.

Step 3: Drawing the graphical layout.

Usually we use a software such as Adobe Photoshop of Macromedia Fireworks. The layout is saved as an image and uploaded to a private clients directory at our servers for revision and approval. During this stage of development we use temporary text and images, which is later on replaced by the original content.

Step 4: Creation of the code and tests for crossbrowser compatibility.

Requested changes and modifications of the layout are done to the client's satisfaction and once the approval is given we proceed to writing the code and testing. The project gets closer to its final look as the client supplies Neatwebs with all the text and photographs needed for the site.

Step 5: Bringing everything together.

Adding the original imagery and text content. Again test for crossbrowser compatibility which includes tests the site in a range of browsers and at different monitor resolutions. We make sure that your site meets all of the specifications and guidelines set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3.org). This means writing the code (or markup) for your website in XHTML (Extensible HyperText Markup Language) and using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to apply styles.
